How to create shortcuts inside the control panel

I've some standalone utilities like CPU-z, Gspot, HWmonitor, Sysintenals... and looking for creating them shortcuts inside the control panel without success.

Is there a special command or tool enabling that?

And just so you know.. I already have CPU-z and hwmonitor

control panel addons for windows 7 that can be integrated

using the Windows 7 Toolkit...Might save you some time
