Windows 7 user frame location

Hi guys

I have a Windows 7 project and I would like to change the user account frame in the user accounts but I can't figure out where is the location of the system file.

I'd like to know where is the location this user frame?

Any help would be appreciated.

I think he's talking about the frame, not the picture.

To find the User account Pictures frames open C:\Windows\Explorer.exe  with Resource Hacker  Bitmap >7013>7014>7015>7016 !
