Off Topic: how do you get Firefox toolbar to look like that?

Edit: I managed to do it with tab mix plus but now the tabs wont go above the address bar when I switch it back

I didn't use any, just right click between tabs and untick "Tabs on Top" kinda looks like v3.6.xx
