williehk Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 (edited) Somehow after I ran the tool the USB device became unrecognizable. In device manager the warning indicates fail to start the device using default windows driverTried to reload the tool the attributes returned were either blanked out or wrong except drive letter, disk no., paritionI had to manually diskpart it to recover the device.host environment win7 x64 home premium sp1The device was previously loaded with an earlier image created by rt seven lite (xcopy transferred to usb)The device is quite new (a BF3 4gb dongle) and was checked before using dskchk so the chance of hardware failure is slim.USBPrep.txt Edited November 19, 2011 by williehk Quote
