Integration of new updatings into earlier processed image

Prompt, whether it is possible by means of AIO to "add" fresh updatings in already "processed" image? I.e. 1st time in "pure" W7 SP1 is showered an image all necessary (updatings, themes wall-paper, твики etc.), we check assemblage on a computer, we look that isn't established yet, i.e. that else lasts through Windows Update. Then, whether it is possible in already processed install.wim to "add" missing updatings, or, it is necessary to begin all with the beginning? I.e. again to take "a pure" image with SP1 and to repeat all on the new?!!
