<p>If you have a private domain and private e-mail you might have received occasional errors when sending e-mail messages.</p>
<p>In some cases, the e-mail might return with the following message:</p>
<p><strong>This mail is unauthenticated, which poses a security risk to</strong><br aria-hidden="true" /><strong>the sender and Gmail users, and has been blocked. The sender must authenticate with at least one of SPF or DKIM. For this</strong><br aria-hidden="true" /><strong>message, DKIM checks did not pass and SPF check for [domain name] did not pass with ip: [ipaddress]. The sender should visit https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126#authentication</strong><br aria-hidden="true" /><strong>for instructions on setting up authentication.</strong></p>
<p>The solution is rather simple if you have access to your CPANEL.</p>
<p>Once you login to your domain&#8217;s CPANEL administration panel, navigate to Email Deliverability and there you&#8217;ll probably find the following error message:</p>

<p>This will automatically perform the following actions:</p>
<ul>
<li>To properly configure your <abbr title="Sender Policy Framework">SPF</abbr> record, you <strong>must</strong> include this server’s <abbr title="Internet Protocol">IP</abbr> address.</li>
</ul>
<p>Click on Repair again and that&#8217;s it.</p>
<p>Repeat this for all the domains that have the SPF issue.</p>
